On Wednesday, May 28th, the WIJIS Justice Gateway production platform will be unavailable beginning at 6:00 AM. Expected duration of down time is about 30 minutes. This outage affects the production system. The Gateway data certification platform is unaffected. This maintenance event provides the infrastructure for users who possess a 2nd factor authentication token to access self-help options, such as token testing and resynchronization, in addition to other improvements. This maintenance is being done during a normally scheduled WIJIS maintenance window. While the change is being made, users will be unable to log into the production WIJIS Gateway.
