The date for our second user administrator conference has been set and we are looking forward to connecting with as many of you as possible. The Department of Administration is tentatively planning a 30-minute outage to the SFTP system on 2/15, starting at 8:00 am, for the purpose of upgrading the server. All Gateway operator agencies (those running Gateway integration software) should refrain from attempting SFTP pointer transactions during this outage unless an agency has fail-over/retry capabilities.

The DA IT database of DA PROTECT information for the WIJIS Justice Gateway will be unavailable today February 11, 2009. The expectation is that it will be ready with current information once again tomorrow morning. There is no indication that this affects any systems other than the Justice Gateway.
Any service interruption this week that users may have experienced in retrieving DA PROTECT information through the Justice Gateway has concluded. If users ever encounter service interruption, they are first advised to check this news site. Upon finding no news item concerning an ongoing outage, they are advised to notify help desk, the phone number for which is on the Gateway page under the menu item Info/Help/HelpDesk.
This Thursday, April 16th, from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm, DAIT production web services will be unavailable due to server upgrade. This means DA PROTECT case information will be unavailable through the WIJIS Justice Gateway record retrieval feature during this window.

This Saturday, May 9th, from 7:00 am until noon, DAIT production web services will be unavailable due to firewall upgrade. This means DA PROTECT case information will be unavailable through the WIJIS Justice Gateway record retrieval feature during this window.

Due to a physical move of servers, DA IT web services will be unavailable for a 30 minute window sometime between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm this evening, June 8th. This means DA PROTECT case information will be unavailable through the WIJIS Justice Gateway record retrieval feature during this window.
DOJ is temporarily suspending operation of the system used for new account creation in order to perform maintenance. The DOJ TRAIN system will be down, and so no new users can be added from noon tomorrow June 30th until Monday, August 10th at 7:00am. This applies only to organizations that use the DOJ Justice Directory for Gateway user accounts, which typically is most law enforcement agencies.

The Justice Gateway will be unavailable on 2/16/2010 from 6:00 p.m. to about 10:00 p.m. in order to refresh the shared information that is available from DA-PROTECT. This applies to the production platform. No users will be able to log into a session in the Gateway or be able to conduct searches during this outage window.
