New Incident Reports Added to WIJIS Justice Gateway

Kenosha and Winnebago County agencies contributing data to the WIJIS Justice Gateway have successfully implemented "Record Retrieval" -- the ability for users to request the latest additional details on a specific record directly from the original agency's computers.
